Charming neighborhood, close to guanabara bay. I recommend watching the sunset at the seawall, having a cold beer at Urca Bar.

A very incognito experience is to go to watch locals play choro (old Brazilian music form) together on a back yard in Urca on Sauturdays 12.30. After take a walk through residential neighbourhood Urca to end of for beer and fish soup at the legendary Bar do Urca while looking out over the water)
