AFTONSTJÄRNAN Old fashioned cinema on the island Hisingen. Hisingen Eriksberg & Lindholmen Sight Popular cinema/theatre situated in a building from the beginning of the 20th century on the north side of Göta Älv river. Aftonstjärnan started in 1915 and is Gothenburg's oldest cinema, which still is in use. The building was completed 1903 and has celebrated its 100th anniversary. Today both film and theater is shown here. Film is shown only on Mondays. The place also has a cosy café.
