Sylvan Lake is a popular spot for assorted winter ativities including ski touring, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. The lake is owned by the State of Colorado and is managed by the Colorado State Parks. There are a number of opportunites for cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and snowmobiling in the area.

A gorgeous state park nestled in the outskirts of eagle. Its a gorgeous drive. If you are staying in the fall, the colors are unreal. You can paddle board on the lake!
