A small seaside town, with a long pier to walk out on and enjoy the view. Beach time or restaurants and bars for good eats.
White Rock's ocean waterfront includes a promenade that is two and a half kilometres long. The heritage pier, train station, large beached "white rock," and colourful sidewalk cafes create a special ambience throughout the area.
15 minutes over to the other side of South Surrey Peninsula is busier White Rock beach. Lots of restraunts, ice cream shops, shopping and a long large promenade. Also here is the 100 year old pier, which suffered a bit in a bad storm last year. 💔 The view here is to Blaine, Washington and the Gulf…
