There are several golf courses in the area including the spectacular 18 hole golf links at Thurlestone (4 miles) and Bigbury (2 miles); (the former incorporates a beautiful section of the South West Coast Path.)

The Village Inn attached to the Hotel is an excellent place for lunch or dinner. Pre booking is advised. Sunday lunch in the hotel is very good value and a real treat
