Doe Bay, in addition to being the island's premier organic dining spot (romantic views overlooking the bay), is also an amazing spa. Come soak at the (clothing optional) baths. Wake up early and get some privacy in the spa, then pop over to the cafe for a bruschetta, or a gourmet (yet affordable!)…

Great place to unwind after a day of hiking on the island. They have soaking tubs, an organic restaurant and kayak rentals.
