This is my family's favourite dim sum restaurant. The soft-shell crab is delectable. The Shanghai dumplings melt in your mouth and of course, you can't go past the deep-fried squids! Be prepared to wait for a table during the weekend.

These restaurants (uncle Billy's) are open til really late! you can rock up at 3am to a buzzing atmosphere. Amazing food!!
