1- Youghal, Glendine Loop This countryside walk brings you past a number of beautiful locations, including Ballynatray Estate. A picturesque church and waterfall can be found nestled at the bottom of one of the glens you will traverse.
Youghal is host to several fantastic family festivals each year. Our favourites are The Moby Dick Festival (June Bank Holiday Weekend) Youghaloween Spooktacular (October Bank Holiday Weekend) The Medieval Festival (August) The Queen of the Sea (July)
There are many cafes to choose from each one unique. I love The Sage and The Red Store for good valu and quality food. But if you really want to live the high life literaly, go to the Cliff house hotel and hang out on the cafe which over looks the sea, lovely food and panoramic views.
Youghal is a small historic village a short distance away. It has a few nice shops to walk around and plenty of sights to see. It was actually the village used in the original movie Moby Dick.
