Restaurant
“Bermuda’s oldest pub The Swizzle Inn and its sister pub The Swizzle South Shore are home to our national drink the Rum Swizzle created in the early 1900’s. The pubs are famous for their great atmosphere, originality and renowned food and drink. On an island swimming with fine dining establishments The Swizzles are rustic comfortable places with simple but delicious food served with fine beer, ales and cocktails.”

Parc
“A 5 minute walk from our rental! Admiralty House Park is about two miles from Hamilton City and is located at Spanish Point off the North Shore. The property has a historic building, nice park, nature and hiking trails. The trails lead to great ocean view. It also has a beautiful beach called the Clarence Cove. The property was given to the British Royal Navy as a gift by the Bermuda Government in 1800s. The British Navy constructed a state home for their Admirals who were posted at the nearby dockyards. The park also served as a navy hospital once. Admiralty House Park has many old trees & shrubbery, hiking & nature trails, and small beaches. ”

Natural Feature
“Worth the ride/drive to Southside (former US Naval Station) at the eastern end of the Island. Quieter and more secluded than the adjacent but equally beautiful Clearwater beach and requires a few minutes walk as it is within a nature reserve. Take a picnic and a bottle of something special!”

Point of Interest
“Jobsons Cove is a tiny blocked in cove next to the beach in the photo which is Warwick Long Bay. Jobson's cove is like a little protected nature made swimming pool and has very pink sand which you will find where the water is breaking (the sand turns white as the sun bleaches it as it gets washed up the beach). ”

Beach
“Don’t miss Bermuda’s most famous stretch of sand at Horseshoe Bay Beach. The wide crescent of light-pink sand is not only scenic, but also has everything you need for a great day at the beach – crystal-clear water, lifeguards, easy access by public transportation and rentals of everything from towels and beach loungers to snorkelling gear and boogie boards. Horseshoe Bay Beach is also a popular venue for local events throughout the year. You can find Horseshoe Bay at the heart of South Shore Park, where a coastal trail connects it with other picturesque beaches to the east and west.”
