Fuente Osmena the leterary Osmena Fountain was the name Pres.Sergio Osmena .The patriarch of the one Cebu most prominent political families served as the fourth president of the philippines. considering his contributions to society,he is considered a favorite son of the province.

This park is a short walk from the building. It is a center of activities. Many locals hang out here to do their exercise such as walking or jogging. Its also used for concerts or shows.
