Right opposite the flat and a great park which doesn't get too busy. Also perfect after or before exploring the Imperial War Museum.

“Voted one of the top 50 bistros in the UK, The Laughing Gravy is one of my favourite local dining spots. I have taken my parents and many other guests there and celebrated a few birthdays with friends there. Recommend booking at least a few days in advance. ”

“Waterloo's quaintest backstreet pub, The White Hart is open at midday, with brilliantly cooked, traditional English pub food, from roast dinners to fish 'n' chips and burgers. Busy with local office workers in the evenings (between 5pm - 8/9pm), but if you don't mind that, it's a great atmosphere and a wonderful place to enjoy a quiet drink and a relaxing meal throughout the day. At just a slightly higher price than for regular pub meals, The White Hart is still highly recommended.”
