Eclectic local coffee shop with excellent coffee (better then the "bucks"), amazing homemade soups, paninis, and while getting your kid a hot cocoa you can have a mimosa or beer ;-)

Awesome breakfast sandwiches. A real sandwich. Amazing soup and coffee and decent bottle beer selection.
