They call this the “Whale Watch Park” Must have a discovery pass to park your car. Free tours of the lighthouse on Thursday and Saturday evenings in the summer

Best place for whale-watching, most popular place to see orca whale pod from shore (much healthier for the whales and more pleasing for you than going on a whale-watching boat (not good for whales).

This is one of the best places to see whales (April-Sept) and there are lots of walking trails and great viewpoints. There’s also a small gift shop and interpretive center. During the summer months, there’s a café where you can get lunch.
