This is a very close nice beach to visit. It has Bathroom facilities and showers. Staffed by Park rangers and Lifeguards. Nice picnic Grove. Parking is free but crowded on weekends.

This is a great beach for kids with FREE PARKING. There is a playgound as well. The parking lot is small and fills up during the weekend but there is usually a turnover so all you have to do is wait about 10 minutes for a spot. During the week parking is not a problem. The beach has outdoor showers as well as a bathroom. The park area has grills that are first come first serve.
