Stunning waterfalls, have in front of them a nice area where you can have a picnic, relax with friends or play volleyball! Has two little bars nearby to grab what you like. Easily reachable by car, recommended with kids.

Un posto Magico! Sul confine con la Svizzera andando verso St. MORITZ le cascate sono un luogo incantevole e ormai famose in tutta la Lombardia.

🇮🇹 Le cascate dellAcquafraggia, citate anche nel Codice Atlantico di Leonardo Da Vinci che ne rimase impressionato, si trovano a Borgonuovo e le parti visibili anche dalla strada sono solamente le più suggestive, ma non le uniche. Il bacino dell’Acqua Fraggia scendendo verso il Fondovalle percorre due valli sospese formando quindi una serie di cascate. Dalla sommità delle cascate si percorre un sentiero attrezzato tra castagni, ginestre e rocce; da qui è possibile ammirare da vicino questo stupendo spettacolo naturale, unico nel suo genere per bellezza e imponenza. Una breve deviazione sulla destra porta ad un ampio terrazzo, a pochi metri dal fragoroso turbinio delle acque. Si ha qui la sensazione di essere "dentro" la cascata stessa tanto il rombo e i forti spruzzi di acqua e di luce sono forti. 📌Informazioni utili: Le cascate sono raggiungibili in auto ed è possibile sostare in uno dei parcheggi a pagamento del parco. Le cascate distano 35 minuti in auto da Casa Vacanze Linda. 🇬🇧 The Acquafraggia waterfalls, also mentioned in the Codex Atlanticus by Leonardo Da Vinci who was impressed by them, are locande in Borgonuovo and the parts visible also from the road are only the most suggestive, but not the only ones. The Acqua Fraggia basin, descending towards the bottom of the valley, runs through two suspended valleys, thus forming a series of waterfalls. From the top of the falls, take an equipped path between chestnut trees, brooms and rocks; from here it is possible to admire this wonderful natural spectacle up close, unique in its kind for beauty and grandeur. A short detour to the right leads to a large terrace, a few meters from the thunderous swirl of the waters. Here you have the feeling of being "inside" the waterfall itself so much the roar and the strong splashes of water and light are strong. 📌Useful information: The falls can be reached by car and it is possible to park in one of the park's paid car parks. The waterfalls are 35 minutes by car from Casa Vacanze Linda.
