Banyans 'beach' is just south of Kona Bali Kai (walking distance from here) - in between the buildings. Consistent good waves with easy step entry at high tide. Great for watching surfers and grabbing a bite at the nearby Poke Shack.

If you forgot anything, or want to grab beers on your way to the beach, Banyan Mart has the basics and is right down the road! Super convenient.

Good place to have a beach bbq picnic at sunset. Easy access onto small beach and into the water. Lots of reef for snorkeling but currents can be strong on this point. Be sure to go with a buddy!

Best little Hawaiian mart in Kona, directly across from the Banyan surf spot...FYI it's cash only
