V Bar is a nice, pretty secluded bar on the third floor of Hotel Valencia. They have a long happy hour, which is what drew me in. I love the look and the atmosphere of the bar. Soft couches, dim lighting, beaded curtains - very fun.

Awesome upstairs bar, has a great happy hour and small plates. The balcony overlooks Santana Row

If I were young and spry I would hang out here. This is a high end bar with great views and a variety of people to meet.
