Maizal is a quesadilla and taco cafe that serves flavourful Mexican cuisine. Their tortillas are made from scratch using a homemade recipe that has been passed on for generations. The restaurant has a beautiful colourful decor, that is accessorized with terracotta accents, folk art and ornate moldings, an overall a design that perfectly reflects Mexican culture.

The first time my family came to Toronto we ate at this French Bistro and we've been coming back ever since. A great spot to grab a quick on the go bite on your way out to see the city. A What A Bagel offers a huge variety of bagels, all made in house and with endless topping options so you can create your own masterpiece. Their smoothies are also to die for.

Our favourite place downtown to grab a coffee and relax with a book. Also a great spot to grab a light sandwich for lunch or a morning snack. They have amazing baked goods. The architecture and decor of the building is absolutely beautiful.

If you're looking for something a little off the beaten track, and with a much shorter line than Sweet Jesus, Kekou serves up some of the best gelato in Toronto. With inventive flavours as well as classics we're sure you'll love this place as much as we do.

The best soft serve Ice Cream in Toronto hands-down. We love this place, but go early in the day (like opening time). Lines are around the block for this place almost all summer long. Torontonians and tourists alike love this place, there's a reason the wait time is up to 2 hours!
