Very good espresso drinks, interesting music selection, but sometimes the scenester baristas get on my nerves for trying too hard to appear cool. Not everyone will like this place.

A funky old coffee house that is open from 7 am to 11 pm. Was a fair trade coffee place 15 years before coffee was cool. Wifi.

This is a very cozy coffee shop. Perfect for curling up with a good book or bringing a laptop to get some work done. You may even rub shoulders with people working in the film industry.

I love Vietnamese food! I love the BBQ pork on rice noodles. They have vegetarian options too. This place is fresh, big and fast. And in a great spot, near Kensington Market.

A Tex-Mex diner, this is my favourite brunch spot in the city! I always order the Huevos Divorciados, a masterpiece of eggs, tortillas, and red and green salsas. Order half salad/half fries.

Delicious home baked goods and ice cream. They have ice cream sandwiches. The cakes and cookies here are so flavourful and delicious and the staff really friendly.

Try the home made ice cream sandwiches - YUM! Everything they make is delicious. My celiac sister swears that their gluten free cookies are amazing.
