Clean, convenient, safe, and well-positioned for sight-seeing in Madrid. The Plaza Mayor, Opera, and Teatro Real are all within walking distance. Multiple supermarkets are in the area as well for amenities.

Marc et moi même avons passé un super séjour au logement. Très bien situé, spacieux, et à la hauteur de nos attentes, il nous a offert une grande liberté lorsque nous y étions. David était réactif à toute question, nous permettant de nous organiser au mieux. Nous recommandons chaudement cet appartement !

David is a great host. He was quickly responsive and helpful. The location is great. The apartment is stylish. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning but the table fan was sufficient.

David’s place is centrally located, effectively a 15 minute walk to anywhere you desire! My friend and I had a great time and truly appreciated the warmth of his space and his amazing taste in art. It’s gorgeous! Thank you for such a seamless process and for being such a wonderful host! Seriously, he had someone meet us at 1am so we could check in! :)

Nice apartment and centrally located, 5 minutes to La Latina metro. We were able to walk to every main attraction that the city offers (and yes there are so many of them in beautiful Madrid) . Groceries and restaurants are steps away. Kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped and have all the amenities to feel right at home. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. David was very accommodating and always quick to respond.

This apartment is perfect. First and foremost, the location is perfect. Amazingly located in La Latina, near the Sunday market, but also very close walking distance and metro ride to most all other things in Madrid. David was always very quick to answer any questions I had and check in was a breeze. The AC was great- especially with some days that reached 108F. Overall, amazing and highly recommend!

David's place is perfectly equipped to be your home away from home. There is an ample kitchen and a generous living room, and plenty to of places nearby to explore and dine at. Perfect for a couple or a family.

L'appartamento di David è carino a poche centinaia di metri da Plaza de major. L'appartamento è organizzato con tutto quello che serve per 2 persone peccato per il letto(piccolo) matrimoniale alla francese. Il salotto è vivibile e solare con 2 porte balconi Cucina e bagno sono senza luce naturale. C'è 1 finestra in bagno che affaccia nell'intercapedine. Le note dolenti : 3° piano senza ascensore. David's place is stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood has a vegan bar with very good food and a nice vibe. The subway stops are a 5 or 10 minute walk depending on the line you need. A good location for taking in Madrid.
