Très bon séjour, appartement très propre et parfaitement situé. Proche du métro et des petits cafés Je recommande fortement.

A franck no lo conocí, nos envió por mail como ingresar al departamento, ha una cosa hay que subir 3 pisos por una escalera caracol, Franck siempre respondió nuestras consultas muy rápidamente, Hay que tener en cuenta de ya tener un taxi para ir al aeropuerto en la vuelta , no me fue facil encontrar uno un día antes para que me busque a las 6,30 de la mañana,supermercado esta a 100 metros ytodos los comercios de venta de souvenir en la puerta.. la uicacion genial

Veniamos de paso por Paris solo 2 dias y no conociamos nada... el lugar esta ubicado muy bien, cerca a comercio, zonas turisticas y el metro (dos cuadras), lo unico que nos incomodo un poco fue subir por escaleras 3 maletas grandes pues contando la planta Baja era el cuarto piso, pero nada grave. Aseo muy bueno y cama doble muy comoda con sabanas y tendidos en perfecto estado, al igual que las toallas.

Idéal pour un week-end sur la Capitale ! Nous étions quatre pour deux nuits, et nous avons été enchanté par notre séjour, en partie grâce à la qualité de notre hébergement. Propreté et confort, design agréable, très bien situé (littéralement au pied de la Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre — à côté du "Trianon" & "La Cigale"), tout à disposition. Excellent rapport qualité/prix.

Had an absolutely brilliant time staying at Franck's place. The location was brilliant, and loved the buzz around the Sacre Coeur in the evenings. Although the studio flat is positioned in the hustle and bustle of tourist shops, it was nestled round the back of the building and surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of supermarkets very close by, as well as creperies, bars and even a McDonalds! Location location Location. This little flat is great value. It's clean with everything you need and just at the foot of the steps for the Sacre Couer and all the amazing streets and restaurants in Monmatre. We went with our two children and we had a magical time. There is a long spiral staircase up to the flat so not for anyone with mobility issues but no problem for us. the apartment is small and the entrance is a little neglected. you have to climb stairs with the suitcases, to be taken into account! The rest everything ok. Thank you.

Localisation impeccable proche d'une station de métro et à deux pas du square Louise Michel. L'appartement est au calme (côté cour) . Les produits du quotidien sont à disposition et il y a de nombreux commerces à proximité pour le reste.
