I really don't like leaving bad reviews but for what we paid we definitely should have how to better experience. I will see the best thing about this stays the location. Lots of nearby shopping and eating within walking distance. And the beds were comfortable. That's about it

I loved this place! The 2 bedrooms were separate enough to give you your own private space but still be able to be together. The 1 1/2 bathrooms worked well for us. The living area was great. Close to stores in area. The information for things to do and also for restaurants was very informative. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here in Aug. 2019. We originally planned on staying in a hotel, but thought we’d give an Airbnb a go. This apartment was nice because it was private and has a kitchen attached. We were staying in Depew for a few days, so it was nice to be able to cook some food in the microwave and store takeout leftovers in the full sized fridge. I would like to take this opportunity to praise Mrs Taka, who was our excellent guide during our visit to NYC.

Our experience was just what we needed for our trip. With some minor adjustment this quaint but spacious accommodation will serve you well. Not a full kitchen which we knew but two bedrooms and one and a half baths were perfect.

Good location with everything walking distance. Safe neighbourhood. Unit big enough for us. Outside the unit look not nice with a lot of dirty in front of eyes. Host not friendly and not responsed in time frame and not storage enough stuffs for guests needs . Overall is average everything during stays !!!

First off the place is on top of a closed wing place that is under construction and smells musty. Place was dirty soda cans all over the counter top no trash bags to put trash. bathroom sink had toothpaste splatterall over it. The only room that was air conditioned was the one connected to the office located in the front of the place. The temperature was 90° asked to get it fixed and nothing . Overall, we had a great experience in Taka’s place. Definitely the way to go for an affordable place to stay when traveling to New York. Its locating in a residential area with mostly an Asian population, very close to many Asian restaurants and dessert places. Less than a 10 minute walk to the Subway station or any MTA bus stop, making travel into Manhattan or brooklyn very easy with a Metro card and (Hidden by Airbnb) maps.
