The locations of the apartment is perfect. Pedro is fast in answering to messages and flexible for check-in and check-out. The apartment is ok, not completely clean (bathroom) and a little noisy. Overall value for money was ok.

Pedro's place was nice and comfortable for a family holiday. The apartment was complete with most amenities incl a coffee machine and dosh washer. It was also spacious and nicely decorated. The location was great with plenty of shops and eating places around, and very easy to get to most sights.

Location was amazing, it was a great for 8 people. The place needs upkeep and better greeting the travelers.

The place is simply not well maintained. Although there was someone there to do the 'between tenant' cleaning (he was there when we arrived) and had washed the sheets and towels, as you'd expect, there was an obvious need for a deep cleaning of the unit. I note that other guests have said that it was "sparkling clean". I don't want to be unfair and perhaps the unit has a new cleaning service that is not doing a good job lately. Great apartment in a great location. We had a group of 7 people and weren't short of space.
