Charmantes Apartment im ehemaligen Hotel Astoria im Frankenberger Viertel. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet Alles,was man für einen Aufenthalt ausserhalb des eigenen Zuhauses braucht. Die Küchenecke ist ausgestattet mit einem Toaster ,einem Wasserkocher,einer Nespressokaffeemaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank und allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Das 140m x200m große neue Boxspringbett ,sowie ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Zweiersofa komplettieren den Wohnraum. Als kleines "Highlight" lädt ein kleiner Erker mit einem gemütlichem Sessel ein,von dem man einen grandiosen Blick auf die Oppenhoffallee hat. Zur Ausstattung gehört ausserdem eine kleine Stereoanlage, ein Fernseher und W lan . Im Badezimmer gibt es eine separate Toilette und eine Badewanne mit Regendusche. Das Appartement hat 30qm ist in der 3. Etage mit einem Aufzug.

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Es liegt im Centrum von Aachen, ca. 5–7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Aachener Dom, Carolus Thermen, Stadt Park, Weihnachtsmarkt. Zum Chio sind es ca. 2 km mit dem Auto oder 20–30 Minuten Fußweg durch schönen Stadtpark. Das Apartament ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt, inklusive wifi, mehrsprachige Fernsehprogramme, Terrasse. Parkplatz nach Absprache.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
