Outstanding! Kenzie is a phenomenal host, the house is spectacular, and the view can’t be beat. We are a family of five and had a wonderful time visiting Grindelwald and the entire Jungfrau region. We did not rent a car as we bought the jungfrau travel pass to ride buses, gondolas, and trains all over the area. Would highly recommend (easy to figure out and very convenient). From the bus it is about a 10 minute walk up the hill to the house but we enjoyed it. The house is of exceptionally high quality throughout with high attention to detail. It was even better than what we expected. Highly recommend.

un séjour de 4 jours très agréable dans un chalet avec vue sur le lac leman. Chalet avec tout le nécessaire. Très bonne communication à distance avec Marie-Helene. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Irène et Pierre qui sont des personnes charmantes, et très gentilles. Nous serons sûrement amènes à nous revoir. Nous vous recommandons volontiers de séjourner chez eux.

The chalet was 100% perfect. Ideal location a short walk (5mins max) from two of the main lifts. Also very spacious. The highlight however was Sue’s hospitality. I’ve used Airbnb for years and years and never had the pleasure of meeting a host as generous with their time and attention as Sue was. A really brilliant Airbnb and therefore excellent holiday.

A very warm, nice and cosy apartment. The apartment has a very big screen TV and spacious living area. The matresses were very comfortable. We had a great 3 nights of sleep. Pierre was very responsive and helpful. He provided us clear information and instruction. The check in and check out timing were very flexible and helped us a lot in planning our journey. Very close to the Snow Island Crans-Montana and we had a great time sledging in Snow Island. Amazing mountain view from the balcony as well as from the window. Not far away from Zermatt and we had our day trip to Zermatt too. Such a memorable stay. Thank you once again Pierre. 😄

We loved our stay at Chalet Max! The layout was perfect with incredible views all around. It had all amenities necessary to feel comfortable and right at home. We would love to come back again. This home has been well-loved and cared for. Chalet Max is an absolute treasure. 💕

Maya’s place was our idea of a getaway. You get to connect with the nature and get to experience a bit of the life of the locals. Maya was a super super host; we felt welcomed and right at home. Ein ausgesprochen schönes Haus. Durch die Sauna im Aussenbereich, der Sprudelbadewanne im Dachgeschoss und dem Tischfussball im EG hat das Haus auch viel bei schlechtem Wetter zu bieten. wir waren ausgesprochen zufrieden und können das Haus nur jedem weiterempfehlen.

The dream chalet, perfect home on the mountains, the chalet is a way above holiday house, it’s a fully equipped home, with lots of placed to sit, rest, read, kitchen and dining area are very comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking full meals. The chalet has 3 rooms, giving perfect privacy for everyone one. Bottom line- we feel in love with the place. Hope to be back

Très bon séjour passé au chalet Hugo ! L’hôte très accueillant m’a expliqué toute les fonctionnalités du chalet (Jacuzzi, four a pizza etc..), la cuisine était très bien équipée que ça soit au niveau des ustensiles que de la vaisselle. Niveau couchage tout était préparé comme a l’hotel (l'hôte m’a même demandé la préférence pour les dispositions des lits), Le chalet est vraiment beau et mêle parfaitement l’ancien et le moderne. Emplacement parfait dans la vallée d’Aulps et prix très abordable au vue des prestations proposées, Je recommande fortement !

The Chalet is spacious and cosy. We very much enjoyed the terrace and the jacuzzi while the ski room was extremely convinient. Overall a great place for a family ski vacation.

View is superb! The home has all the listed amenities - full kitchen, fireplace, dishes/glasses, etc. Access is ~200m walk from station, and is a bit steep (on the way back to station), which is a challenge with heavy bags; but the view from the house is worth it. The hosts are super friendly and guided with instructions and also helpful hiking options. Overall, I will highly recommend it.

I loved this chalet. It was tastefully decorated, cozy and lots of surrounding glass to enjoy the amazing view. The open layout was conducive to family gathering and the place had everything we needed. The only thing that caught me off guard was the location noted being near a ski lift leading me to believe it was ski in/ski out however the reality was you needed to make a 20 minute walk into town to retrieve your skis from a depot and take a train to the lifts from there. Regardless, even though the walking distance was less than convenient and a shuttle was offered, I absolutely loved the opportunity to start and end my days with the stunning surroundings it offered. We took the shuttle only once preferring to walk even after a long day of skiing and it never felt onerous. If you have physical limitations it might not be ideal but I would otherwise highly recommend this chalet and the location—I would absolutely book this place again. Book your ski rentals at Ski & Set!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine malgré un temps pluvieux, Heureusement, ce magnifique chalet a comblé ce que nous ne pouvions maîtriser, la météo. Nous étions 12 dont 2 jeunes enfants, nous avions chacun notre espace, salle de bain pour chaque chambre, chambre spacieuse. Une ski room pour les affaires humides, ce qui permet de ne pas salir l’espace de vie. Le salon est plutôt spacieux, nous avons tous trouvé l’endroit très agréable, de plus, la cheminée nous a permis de passer de très belles soirées d’hiver. La vue est également exceptionnelle, c’est un plaisir de prendre son temps pour déjeuner tranquillement le matin face au domaine du roc d’enfer.

Maria is an exceptional host who made our stay unforgettable. She warmly welcomed us, picking us up from the train station and giving us a delightful tour of Interlaken and the surrounding area. Her kindness and hospitality shone through, making her a truly remarkable person. The house was immaculate, stunningly beautiful, and felt like a true home away from home. We were reluctant to leave and can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed staying at the Chalet. We went skiing at Portes du Soleil which is a very large skiable area connecting 10 ski villages including 4 in Switzerland. The Ardent lift is just a few minutes drive down the road and you can buy lift tickets at the lift. If you don’t have a car or if you don’t want to drive it, there are free shuttle buses (at least in winter) that go around the area. And for sure to the Ardent lift(gondola). Lake Montroid is beautiful and the views don’t get old! The Chalet has great views. I used the sauna and even did a cold plunge in the fountain. It makes you feel alive. We ate at the restaurant at Hotel du Lac and had a delicious dinner. and we recommend going into Morzine and trying the French pastries at La Bonbonniere (a highly rated bakery) The hike up the mountain to the chalet does take effort, but it is worth it. I wasn’t looking forward to that hike after the second day of skiing, but other times were fine. A small waterfall is on the path.

My stay at the property was excellent! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, and the host was very friendly and accommodating. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

The view is spectacular, and the host is responsive. It was a great experience that I look forward to having again someday.

Wir durften als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) eine sehr schöne Woche im Chalet von François verbringen. François hat uns persönlich begrüsst und uns alles Wichtige im und um das Chalet gezeigt. Auch hat er uns einige Tipps für Erkundungen in der Gegend gegeben. Das Chalet mit den Zimmern, Küche, Bad waren sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Aussicht vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den See ist top! An unserem Abreisetag kam François wieder vorbei, sodass wir gemeinsam das Check-Out durchführen und uns persönlich von François verabschieden konnten. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und empfehlen das Chalet als einen sehr schönen Ort, um darin und drumherum schöne Tage zu verleben.

Charmante Unterkunft an toller Lage. Alles Nötige vorhanden. Ideal zum entspannen und ausschalten. Die Region bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge, Aktivitäten, Spazieren und Essen. Angenehmer Camping mit freundlichen Bewohnenden und hilfsbereitem Personal. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern ideal! Auch die Nähe zum See haben wir in vollen Zügen genossen. Franziska war jederzeit erreichbar und unterstützend in allen Belangen. Top! Es war toll, vielen Dank.

The house is very cute and in a stunning location. It’s quite unique in this part of the world with its tastefully done “beach house” vibe which makes a nice change. The garden is huge and the location is very quiet and right next to lake. The house itself is rustic and surely can be cold depending on weather, but we were lucky. The harbor down the road is a nice little relaxing and sociable place with a few simpler eateries. The communication could have been a little faster and more proactive, but all in all, this is a gem of a place that we thoroughly enjoyed and would love to come back to!
