“Nanny Goat Rest" is a 1 bedroom former family annex on a working farm. Situated 1.8 miles from the centre of the beautiful village of Abbots Bromley. The property has a private parking area and garden. It has numerous footpaths and cycle routes on its door step and within the beautiful local village Abbots Bromley you will find 4 Pubs, Tearoom's, Indian Takeaway, Butchers and a well stocked village shop . The annex is perfect for short breaks visiting family, friends and business trips.

The cottage enjoys underfloor heating and fabulous rural views to be enjoyed in the warmer months from the decking outside the kitchen. Patio doors open right up to allow the outside in. Well maintained cosy separate residence with secure parking, 1m from motorway & walking distance to Stafford town centre (20 mins) - close to local amenities (gym/ restaurants / supermarket / launderette / bowling / laser tag). The coach house is an annexe in the gardens of our house with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level. Downstairs, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with good shower and bath. 2 SMART TVs with 2 DVD players & Fibre wifi.

Huckleberry cottage Ingleby is a quiet hamlet nestled in the south Derbyshire countryside. Ticknall is just 2miles away, with beautiful walks through National Trust Calke Abbey and Anchor Church caves which is just a stones throw away. The cottage is self contained, with new facilities and open plan living. The stone walls, oak beams and vaulted ceiling with 3 sky light windows create a light spacious feeling.On evenings to enjoy being cosy, there is a electric log burner while you relax.
