This cozy, modern above ground 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom basement suite is bright and spacious and offers everything you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 70 inch TV w/ cable & Netflix, large sectional sofa with double pull out bed, Wifi, central air, in-suite laundry, quality linens with extra bedding. Lots of large windows which let in an abundance of natural light and a dedicated work space overlooking the backyard. Free parking. Private patio & smoking allowed outdoors.

Welcome to our cozy ground floor suite with a green garden view and lots of natural light. Enjoy a private entrance and self-contained space with your own outdoor space in our peaceful and enclosed backyard. The suite was renovated in 2024 with a small but full kitchen including a full sized oven and microwave. The back of the house is South facing so you can enjoy the afternoon sun. The suite has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and wardrobe, a futon, and a washer and dryer in the bathroom.

Our studio suite offers complete privacy with its own entrance and outside sitting area looking out on our fenced backyard, with a ground level trampoline. Our cozy and comfortable studio suite is good for business trips, travellers, short term students, or couples trying to get away. The space is updated and offers a TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is street parking available. The house is situated on a grade and does require stair climbing to access the suite. There is no A/C in the unit.
