The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

No cleanup chores! Hard Rock Cottage has a bright, open dining area/sun room with a 55 in TV and coffee bar for catching up on the news or watching the game with friends. It has a great outdoor area with comfortable seating and a fire-pit for staying warm on cold nights. For any gamers out there we have an arcade game cabinet with 100s of games and a foosball table.

This Creeper Trail Cottage is steps away from the VA Creeper Trail, fishing with multiple rivers and a relaxing space for the entire family. This two bedroom and one and a half bath has plenty of open space. Just outside of Damascus there are plenty of outdoor options.
