La propiedad cuenta con 1,000 metros cuadrados de construcción en un terreno de 10,000 varas cuadradas haciendo un lugar muy cómodo con amplio parqueo y áreas verdes. Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.
