We were very happy with this property. It was clean, well stocked, comfortable and felt like home. Enin was wonderful to work with. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Had a great time at Brian’s beach house! Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very clean! The pool was great! Loved that when we were didn’t feel like being at the beach anymore we still had the pool to go back to. Brian was always very quick to respond if we had any questions. Great location, we were able to walk many places. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tide Watch. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and had a beautiful ocean view. The balcony chairs were plentiful and comfortable.

This house was perfect! Great pool, comfortable beds and furniture. It was a nice, easy walk to a beautiful beach!

10/10 recommend. My family of four went with our best friend family of four and our eight-year-old daughters had the greatest sleepover of their lives! The place was immaculate and so perfectly themed. Would love to go back.

The house was lovely. The pool was an amazing feature for our family. The house was exactly what we were looking for. Samantha was an excellent host who was great with answeing any questions asked promptly. Thank you again for opening your home to us. We had a memorable vacation.

Clean, spacious ,family friendly reminds you of being home suitable for large family great communication with host very attentive. I would recommend this stay to anyone that loves to explore new things 10/10!

Loved our mini vacation

We spent 2 nights and it was amazing, great place to stay close to activities and attractions, host make it so smooth to give directions to get to the locations. We really loved it and looking forward to go again!

I had no complaints and my partner was please as well. The view of the ocean from bed was amazing to wake up to. I would come back again. Darrius left very clear and detailed instructions which made checking in a breeze.

Nicholas’s little gem was exactly as described. We’ve stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Heads up for check out- make sure you leave a little early for the elevator traffic. My husband forgot something in the room and it took a bit of time to get down. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is beautiful. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and seagulls each morning. The weather was nice while we were there so we got to walk around the boardwalk. There are plenty of good options nearby. Nicholas quickly responds if you ever needed him. We felt right at home and did not wanted to leave. It was a relaxing getaway and we look forward to coming back.

It was a great stay. Wagner was very responsive when needing help. Location is great. The view?! Amazing! Can’t wait to return!

Nicholas was an amazing host! His communication prior to arrival was helpful, even letting me know it was ready early and I could check in early. The drains were backed up and I notified him as a courtesy assuming he didn’t know and he immediately sent someone to unclog them, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. He communicated immediately each time I had a question, which was helpful since I locked the only key in my unit and he was able to immediately reply and help me get another one. The view was amazing and it’s right on the boardwalk/beach, walkable to shops, restaurants, casinos and more. I will definitely stay here again if in AC and highly recommend renting from Nicholas!

We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend stay. The place was very clean and cozy. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. We can’t wait to come back!
