It is spacious. Quite large. In the beginning I kept walking from room to room looking for the kitchen! It has 4 rooms, 3 balconies and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. Full stove, large fridge/freezer, oven and micro. The furniture is lovely also chandeliers. the place is clean and immaculate. . The apartment is comfortable and great for a longer stay. We loved the location. There is a supermarket very close, accessible via a secret locked door. Supermarket is well stocked and has friendly workers. Alcoholic beverages available. The area south of the metro station has lots of shopping, restaurants, street food. Bus available to 28May. Entrance to the complex is on the south side of the building, with a security gate. We highly recommend.

Parviz’s place is a heaven to stay in for anyone looking for a simple and perfectly located seaside place close to the sea with a big 2 m deep swimming pool. It has a good strong air conditioning unit upstairs in the sleeping space which cools off all bedrooms and a living room easily. It’s well equipped with plates, glasses and cutlery, more than you need so it makes it easy to host or to stay there for a family or a group of friends. It’s quiet and pieceful neighbourhood makes you realise you really are away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city yet you are less than 10 minutes drive to the lively parts of the area if that’s what you’re looking for. As for the host himself - super welcoming, very helpful and very precious about his place therefore will do his best to help you around it pretty much at any time of day or night. He takes it a personal responsibility to make your stay as hustle free and comfortable, genuinely a positive and lovely guy. Highly recommend!!!

Khayyam is an outstanding host! He is incredibly kind and sweet, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. His communication was exceptional; he responded within minutes and was always available to help. The apartment is spacious and looks exactly like the photos. It's perfectly located—close to both the main city and the old city, yet tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the crowds. We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment and had a wonderful time exploring Baku. Highly recommend!

هذي الزياره العاشره لي تقريبا لباكو الشعب طيب ودود لكن khanim وزوجها Anar شيء لا يوصف ياليت كنت اعرفهم من اول زياره لي Anar قضى معاي يوم كامل وهي ليس مجبور في ذالك استقبلني بالمطار رغم تاخر رحلتي وبعد ذالك لم يكتفي في توصيلي للشقه فقط بل اخذني الى محل لشراء بعض الاغراض ثم جعلني اشاهد الحي كامل الذي اسكن فيه بعد ذالك ذهبنا للشقه وكنت بحاجه الى نت واخذني ووصلني الى شارع نظامي وفي الليل كنت احتاج شاحن جوال تواصلت معاه وكان استجابته اسرع من ريسبشن الفندق جاني في الليل وجاب شحن وهو ليس مجبور في ذالك فعلاً مضيف اكثر من رائع بكثير .. بالنسبه للشقه اجمل من الصور ونظيفه جدا وحديثه فاقت جميع التوقعات بالنسبه لي حتى الفراش خامه ممتازه ومريح وجميع مرافق الشقه شيء ذو جوده والحي جداً جميل ويبعد ٥ دقايق تقريبا مشي عن منطقه حيويه جدا وسوق وكل شيء تجربه اكثر من رائعه وسعر مناسب ايضاً ولن اذهب الى اي مكان اخر في باكو الا هذي الشقه تجربه جداً رائعه
