This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. The house is within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to Lake Martin where you can take a boat tour of the lake. It was built in 1906, 12’ ceilings and beautiful old wood floors. It is a classic Cajun design. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils . We stock the refrigerator with breakfast foods and the pantry is stocked with snacks and more. Pets are welcome.

We are located in the historical Beauregard Town in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge and 2.6 miles to LSU's Tiger Stadium. This charming pool house has doors that open up to a poolside view. It has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom and a second floor that boasts a pool table and a balcony view of the pool! Sleeps 4. Downstairs sleeps 2 memory foam fold out sofa bed . Checkin time is 3:00pm and checkout is 10:00 am. We do allow lenient times upon request. Brand new memory foam mattresses on queen bed and queen foldout sofa
