Upstairs: full bathroom, sitting room with a futon, sofa, and TV, bedroom with full size bed with pop up trundle, and a day bed with pop up bed. Quiet rural setting. 20 min. to Downtown Lafayette. We are exactly in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge, equally 30 minutes away from both locations!
