Franklin Place - Downtown Historic Apartment

This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Clean, cozy, and wallet-friendly, this no-frills studio sits in a historic converted home near St. Luke’s, BSU, the Greenbelt, and downtown Boise. It’s not fancy, but it has what you need: a comfy bed, a small kitchen setup, bathroom, and a spot to land between shifts, classes, or exploring. We are in the heart of Boise’s North End and within walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops. 1 block from the Boise Co-op where city bike rentals are available. Bike or walk to the Saturday market or enjoy some of Boise’s finest restaurants. The North End Hideaway is the perfect size for a peaceful stay! Thoughtfully decorated with local art, functional furniture, a cozy queen posturepedic bed, and all of the essentials to book with confidence!

Nestled in upper end subdivision with ponds, walking paths and close proximity to Boise River and the Boise Greenbelt. Owners have 2 bikes available to explore the greenbelt. Visiting Boise for business or pleasure, enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check-in.

Eighth St. Apartment

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

KJ Ranch - 2 Bedroom Apartment in the Country

Welcome to the KJ Ranch! This cute and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is located on 5 acres of land in beautiful Kuna, ID. Why stay in the city when you can come and enjoy the fresh country air and relax in the quiet country life. Watch and help feed the horses, cows, chickens, ducks and burro. In the evenings roast marshmallows around the campfire. Located only 20-25 mins from downtown Meridian and Boise. Your hosts Jessica and Kenny are on site and available to help anytime!
