Very comfortable queen bed upstairs, with spiral stairs leading to a rooftop deck. Full kitchen, dedicated workspace, tiled bath with shower, hot tub and fire pit available for comfort outside. Your private studio is attached to our main house but has a private separate entrance, it's own bathroom with rain shower head, a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, and cooking utensils. Our main house's patio is separated from the studio by a wall so they remain private. Come enjoy this beautiful golf course any time of year.

Private Guesthouse on 300 Acre Ranch

Enjoy a private and fully furnished guest quarters on a 305 acre ranch, 5 miles from Lake Roosevelt. Walk/hike, read, cook (private kitchen), help with the our animals , tour our orchards/gardens/woodworking shop, watch the sunsets with a glass of wine. Some of our guests enjoy romping through the entire outdoor areas while others just like to curl up with a book in front of the crackling wood stove.
