Welcome to Annezoula's Castle Home at the Mani village of Pagkia. Our Castle, built back in 1875, has been characterised by the Greek archaeological authorities as a traditional, historic and preserved monument. It offers all comforts to meet your needs and free WiFi. Pagkia, is also one of the few preserved settlements in the Peninsula of Mani. It's the village of the KYRIMIS clan fighting vendetta wars but now gone and quiet with only their towers still standing and whispering past history.

Cet appartement est situé au 1er étage d'une maison vénitienne classée du XV siècles et rénovée de façon traditionnelle (2016). La maison est l'entrée historique donnant l'accès au village fortifié (Kasteli) le mieux préservé de l'île. L'endroit est très calme car situé au coeur des ruelles du village. La vue est époustouflante sur la mer et se situe à 10 min des plages. Les lits Coco-mat sont d'une qualité exceptionnelle! La maison entière (2 appartements) peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Castelli Torre - Unique castle stay with sea view

L' appartement est situé au 1. et 2. étages d'une maison vénitienne classée du XV siècle, rénovée de façon traditionnelle. C'est l'un des rares bâtiments de cette période à avoir survécu au tremblement de terre dévastateur de 1956. La maison est située dans le mur d'enceinte qui protège l'accès au village fortifié le mieux préservé de l'île. L'endroit est très calme car situé au cœur des ruelles du village. La vue est époustouflante sur la mer et se situe à 10 min des plages. 1-3 personnes.

Once upon a time, there was an imposing cobble tower in the heart of the picturesque Messinian Bay. The tower was just 1km away from the beach, hidden amidst olive groves, and had a pretty garden for guests to relax. There were wonderful places to shop, dine or go out within a radius of 1km, and the bustling city of Kalamata was just 10km away. The tower was a place of peace and tranquillity, where guests could escape the noise of the world outside and appreciate the beauty around them.

Mani Castle experience

An authentic, fully furnished, just recently renovated traditional castle with great views. Around 2 centuries ago, our grandparents decided to build a castle for their winter stays and to protect themselves from rivalries. On the ground floor you can find the olive press that the residents had in order to make their olive oil. Now, centuries later the castle is ready to open its arms is waiting for you to explore this unique castle as well as try local products in Pagkia!

Petreas Castle - Feel the historical atmosphere

Petrea Castle belongs to the castle's complex Troupaki-Mourtzinou of Upper Kardamili in Messinian Mani. Built in the early 18th century, recently restored on plans by Greek Ministry of Culture, preserving with respect its historic and architectural character. It has three floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen. Unique view to Messinian bay and mountain Taygetos. The property offers air-conditioning system with heating pumps for heat and cold.
