Ideally located for Snowdon, Zipworld, Caernarfon Castle, Llanberis, Beddgelert & the Welsh Highland Steam Railway station next to our village pub & micro brewery. Dogs are very welcome!

A spacious 1 bed annex with large living/kitchen dining area, the property is within 5 minutes walk from the town, castle, restaurants, Galeri etc. and 2 minutes away from Lon Las cycle track. The annex has an upstairs bedroom which has a comfortable king sized bed and an en-suite shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher. Utility room has washing machine and there is also a downstairs toilet. Plenty of on street parking available.

The house is opposite a small Petrol Station and Spar Grocery Shop selling all basic supplies. The house is perfectly located as a base to explore stunning landscapes, beautiful lakes and magnificent mountains.
