Agios Dometios : locations de vacances adaptées aux familles

My family and I spent the most amazing month at Villa Century House. Vasilis and Athena have a beautiful home that perfectly combines old and new. We felt right at home and Vasilis ensured everything we needed was catered for. The location of the villa is perfect. In a quiet street that is only a short distance away from the local bakery and restaurants and also on the highway to get any part of the island in no time. I cannot thank Vasilis and Athena enough for the amazing time we had in Nisou. Thank you for everything and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

It's good value for money. The "luxury" part depends on what you expect from a place, it is indeed large and has a jacuzzi, but to us it didn't feel like a luxury flat - it needs some updates & renovations, as it shows it's age. Otherwise you're just like in a private villa, it occupies the entire upper floor. 3 mins from the sea by foot, not a very busy area and parking included. A bigger tv would be needed as couch is really far from it :) We recommend it nonetheless.

Arhun's house is very near to the seaside. If you want to have a sea vacation without a doubt you can choose it. House was clean and Arhun helped us with his suggestions.

Everything great, minus the Wifi that wasn't working during my stay. Host fixed heating next morning. Great host, amazing location, near the main street. Safe and clean building. Room gets dark to sleep in the morning. Space is big enough for 2 or 3 people.

We had a few issues at the start which Elena fixed as soon as she could. This is a host that will go through fire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The place is modern and beautiful with a balcony to relax on during slow days. There are a few minor things that could be improved upon: - The couch is pretty small. If you're a plus size person, you won't be able to sit comfortably watching tv. - The beds does not have any mattress pads and in certain positions you can feel the spring in the mattress. I believe this place is a 5/5 if the above are taken care of.

Perfect location, and did not have any problems in the apartment.

The apartment is directly in the center of Larnaca. It is perfect for a family on vacation. Beautiful sunrises every morning with breakfast on the terrace. Convenient to the marina for the scuba diving boats, which was good for me. A/C worked perfectly despite 35+ degrees. Bed was comfortable. Despite location over the carnival rides, it was completely quiet. The building itself is a bit dated, but the unit is perfectly fine, clean and comfortable. Отличная вилла, полностью соответствует фотографиям. До моря 15 минут пешком. Все что нужно есть на вилле. Попросили дополнительное постельное белье и переходники для розеток, все привезли в тот же день, т.е. Все вопросы решались очень быстро. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Very good location for travelers with a car — there’s always free street parking available. Spacious rooms, good internet connection, and excellent communication with the host.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. In December, we especially appreciated the air conditioning, which efficiently heated the space, as well as the constant access to hot water. The location in the center of Larnaca was excellent – everything was within walking distance, and the views from the windows were breathtaking. On one side, we had a panorama of the city and the sea, and on the other, the Troodos Mountains – absolutely stunning! The apartment was very well equipped – everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. From dishes and pots to a cezve for making coffee – the hosts thought of every detail. We were very happy with our stay and can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Larnaca.

Christos en zijn familie zijn zeer aardig. Een persoonlijk ontvangst met taart was zeer hartelijk en uitgebreid. Het verblijf ligt op een heuvel met inderdaad een steile weg er heen. Blijf in de eerste versnelling, zet bij een automaat deze in D1. Blijf gestaag gas geven dan komt alles goed en went de op en afrit. Het grondstuk ligt zeer privé zonder buren in de buurt. Het zwembad is heerlijk. Overal zijn schaduw plekken te vinden. Wij hadden de eerste dag reeds vriendschap gesloten met de poezen, deze zijn echt een verrijking tijdens het verblijf. In het Troodos gebergte zijn prachtige wandelroutes te vinden, een aanrader is de Artemis rondgang van 7 km. Ook een aanrader is het bezoek aan de hoofdstad op 45 minuten autorijden. Wij hebben genoten van het verblijf en het afscheid nemen viel ons moeilijk. Hartelijk dank Christos en familie voor het verblijf.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Alessandras Villa hat uns mit seiner wunderbaren Lage, dem großartigen Meerblick und seiner Ruhe vom ersten Moment an überzeugt. Mit der Einrichtung und den Antiquitäten im Haus fühlten wir uns schnell zu Hause. Der beste Ort ist das oberste Schlafzimmer. Die Sonnenaufgänge haben wir von dort keinen Morgen verpasst. Rund um das Haus konnten wir hervorragend joggen und wandern. Auf Tagesausflügen haben wir den Westen Nordzyperns gut erkunden können. Auf der Terrasse ließ es sich wunderbar entspannen und/oder für das Abitur lernen. Ein toller Ort, zu dem wir gerne einmal zurückkehren möchten!

We would definitely rent Leida's apartment again - for its location, ease of access to the beach and promenade and for the fact that it is in Larnaca which for us is the best main town on the South coast of Cyprus. Come here if you like the combination of beach/restaurants/shops mixed with traditional Greek Cyprus life. Walk out of town early on the promenade to MacKenzie Beach to the Beach Hut restaurant for Olive pie and strong coffee or vegan / greek breakfasts then rent a pair of Sunbeds on the beach for £5 Euro in front of the restaurant to relax. Or walk back into town stopping in the small marina to buy a Sea Bream straight off the boat from Michael (8 Euro - enough for 2 people) Best restaurants we visited were "Zephyros" in Mackenzie beach Marina (grilled Octopus is OMG!!) and "Maqam Al Sultan" the Lebanese restaurant on the front in Larnaca just by Larnaca castle (Vegan food so good it made us laugh). We had a lovely time - thank you Leida. What a nice place !!

Beautiful location, the views are amazing, one side you have the mountains and the other the sea, great location for beaches, dinning out etc, you have a lovely little private garden at the back of the apartment. The pool area is beautifully clean, there you meet the other residence of whom are really welcoming, but its never to busy. Faik was a great host, he contacted me on arrival to make sure we arrived ok and was on hand if ever needed. When we return I will book this place again. Yes you need a car, but this is not a problem for us as we always rent one. Overall a great place everything you need, but maybe a long dressing mirror would be a bonus.

We had a lovely 2 week staying in the villa. The villa is in the area we love most in North Cyprus, convenient to reach local restaurants and beaches as well as other parts of the island. The local contact Muzo was also very helpful and friendly.

The perfect place if you are on holiday in Cyprus. The place is amazing, the cottage is charming with style and lots of history. The hosts are amazing: always listening, good advice to give, fruit to taste and very interested in your comfort. We really felt at home. Definitely one of the best airbnb! I recommend with my eyes closed!

This is an exceptional airbnb for someone familiar with North Cyprus. The setting and views (from both inside and outside the house) are unique and breathtaking and the house is peaceful, spacious, spotless and extremely well equipped. Allie and the local manager Wilma are extremely friendly and go way above and beyond in providing assistance, information and tips to ensure you enjoy your stay. We will be back over and over and over again as this beats all the local competition hands down. The only disappointment is that Allie owns this place and we don't! Cannot recommend the host, the local management team and the place highly enough.

Our stay at Bellapais Villa was amazing! We received a friendly welcome as soon as we arrived. Muzo helped us to navigate to the property and when we arrived he had stocked the fridge with the essentials to immediately make us feel as though we were home. Through out our stay he was always accomodating to any request or questions we had. The house is in a central location and was easy to navigate by car. The outdoor area was the highlight of our stay with a good size pool and ample sitting space. The view from the house is simply serene. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
