The place was great! Worth the money except for the stairs - not senior friendly as it's very steep. Also, the location going to the place was in between neighboring houses, like alleyways, sideroads and backyards. Other than that, the caretakers were very accomodating and approachable. They had all the necessities of a home plus more! The place was also very clean and convenient, with an amazing view and fresh air ♡

We loved our stay at Butuan City. The place was able to accommodate our large group comfortably. There’s A/C available throughout the house and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. The welcome package was also a very nice surprise to receive when we arrived! The caretaker of the house was helpful whenever we needed to contact them. Misael was extremely responsive whenever we would message them regarding any questions we had. They are also very understanding of our situation and let us check into the house earlier without any issues! Will definitely recommend this stay to others staying in the area.

In short, we loved staying here and extended twice. It's a beautiful house and really suited our needs for staying in Cabadbaran and having my wife's family meet us here and celebrate her homecoming. It's immensely spacious and has full cooking and dining facilities. All four bedrooms are spacious and cool. Dinah and the staff were extremely helpful and responded very quickly in our exchanges. Much had already been provided for, in the house. All the amenities worked well and I really appreciated having air-con throught the building. We had a comparatively much better experience here than we did at other local hotels. To my mind, this is the best place to stay in Cabadbaran.

Kansha apartment exceeded our expectations! It’s so cozy and squeaky clean! It’s worth more than what you pay for, it makes you feel right at home. Toiletries are complete, has snacks for sale, free water, appliances are all working, and the host is very responsive and proactive. Thank you so much Ma’am Reo for letting us have a premium experience in your place. Looking forward to our next visit! 🥰🙏🏻

This place is absolutely value for money. The host could not have been more helpful and communicative. The place is a very cute little house with lovely views of the jungle mountain tops, which are amazing when the mist surrounds the peaks. Extremely close to the centre of San Francisco. Pleasure to stay.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The house is not only beautifully designed but also incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place for a relaxing staycation. It had everything we needed—from cozy bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and entertainment options. The host was so responsive as well. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We truly appreciated the small details that made our stay even better, like the soft linens, ample toiletries, and well-stocked kitchen. The location was also great, providing both privacy and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable staycation. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay at Sir James’ place was amazing and worth every penny we paid for! It was very homey for us… the area was peaceful and secured. WiFi was okay, but a faster speed would be helpful and greatly appreciated for those who work online like me. Would also like to suggest having a TV/Netflix, it would be amazing! All in all, me and my family enjoyed our stay. Super grateful for Sir James and his family for being so accommodating. Would love to stay again next time.
