Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

Luxury 200 year old barn conversion in the heart of the North York Moors National Park. Relax in comfort with underfloor heating and log burner fire. Both double bedrooms have smart TV’s & en-suite shower rooms. The open plan kitchen area is fully equipped and provides a large breakfast bar for socialising. The barn has a large private outdoor space with views of the moors. Pubs/restaurants/shops locally, Whitby is 20mins away together with fishing and moorland villages to visit nearby.

The Game Larder

The space is a reclaimed game larder dating from the late 1800's which has been lovingly restored and repurposed into a cosy and comfortable chalet. There are two beds, one upstairs in the loft and the other a sofa bed which folds out downstairs. There is a food preparation area complete with cups, plates, glasses etc. as well as a wood burning stove, hotub and television. The toilets and showers are a short walk away, along with a large fridge which are shared with the adjoining campsite.

Walks onto the moors from the front door , seating area outside to watch the sun go down with a large glass of wine, welcoming family pub across the road, Co-op, and fine dining pub also in the village. Train station to Whitby from the village. We welcome two dogs at the Nest.
