I can’t say enough good things! Dipin is a fantastic host, not only does he have an amazing guide he wrote, he was so incredibly proactive and helpful. He went out of his way to help me in every possible way he could. The apartment is cozy and in an amazing location. Walkable to so many great shops and restaurants while also being peaceful and relaxing. The balcony was my favorite highlight, perfect way to enjoy the beautiful surroundings! I would stay here again if I come back to Oslo!

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön gelegen im Modernen Wohnviertel von Tjuvholmen / Aker Brygge. Die Wohnung passt mit der sachlichen und modernen Ausstattung zur Umgebung und bietet eine schöne Aussicht auf den Fjord. In direkter Nähe ist das Kunstmuseum und der Skulpturenpark sowie ein Bäcker, viele Restaurants und ein Joker zum Einkaufen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann in das verkehrsberuhigte Gebiet über den Tunnel des Parkhaus bis zum Wohnhaus fahren. Parken ist dort auch möglich aber für Oslo üblich recht teuer. Ansonsten fährt man am besten mit der Tram Linie 12 bis Aker Brygge oder dem Bus Line 21 bis zur Endstelle Tjuvholmen. Wer also die die Strecke bis zur Wohnung mit dem Gepäck nicht laufen möchte sollte sich eine Auto über Bolt / Uber rufen.

The perfect location from which to explore Oslo. Located in the vibrant Aker Brygge section of Oslo, there are many restaurants near by, but you never hear the street noise. The apartment is well-furnished for your stay in Oslo. We particularly enjoyed the heated floors in the bathrooms. Henrik promptly responded to our questions and graciously allowed an early check in to accommodate our schedule. The National Museum, the Nobel Peace Center, City Hall, local ferries, and shopping are a few minutes walk away. If we have the opportunity to return to Oslo, we’ll definitely try to book Henrik’s apartment.

We loved Morten and Hege’s apartment a true Norwegian stay. Very clean and fabulous decor. Perfectly matched the photos. Morten met us at the apartment and showed us around. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Lovely view, great area for sightseeing. We even asked Morten where we could get specific Christmas lights and he rang the hardware store to check and got us the neighbourhood discount. My Mum was delighted. Would stay again. Ps if you have mobility issues this apartment would be excellent as it has a lift and you can get there by road.

Ach was haben wir uns wohl gefühlt in der Hütte am See. Alles war ordentlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine tolle Begegnung mit einem Elch am Haus. Auch die Nordlichter konnten wir sehen. Er war so toll und wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Great place to stay in Oslo, modern Scandinavian aesthetic in a very walkable location. The host was super responsive and helpful. I'd highly recommend staying at this private top floor flat on the waterfront in Oslo.

It’s amazing and magical place!

Ich kann Hege und die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich wollte vier Wochen allein in norwegs Natur verbringen. Zeit haben für mich und jedenTag zum Langlaufen gehen. Für die Ruhe und Natur haben das Haus und dessen Lage bei getragen. Das Wetter hat für den zauberhaften Winter gesorgt. Hege war bei Fragen immer schnell errichtbar und hat mir für die vier Wochen ihre Küchenmaschine geliehen. So konnte ich sogar mein eigenes Brot backen. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft ist ein großes Geschenk, wenn man für 4 Wochen in der Fremde weilt. Hege vielen Lieben Danke dafür. GLG Björn

Fantastisk beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt mot Munch museet. Kort avstand til strand, restauranter og severdigheter. Flytende badstue på Sukkerbiten anbefales! Leiligheten var komfortabel, romslig og ren og verten var meget vennlig. Vi følte oss godt ivaretatt!

The apartment is well appointed and very clean and comfortable. The location is really great…near shops and restaurants as well as being convenient to tourist attractions. We had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Ivar er en veldig hyggelig og imøtekommende vert, som svarer på alle spørsmål man kan lure på iløpet av kort tid. Kommunikasjonen før, under og etter oppholdet var upåklagelig og oppholdet ble veldig fint. Tar definitivt turen tilbake hit igjen senere😌 Kjempefin leilighet på Sørenga med fin plassering og utsikt. Anbefales til fremtidige leietakere!

Kjempefin leilighet med alt man trenger og vel så det. Fullt utstyrt kjøkken med bestikk og servise, skuffer fulle av krydder (og økologisk sukker!). Kaffemaskin klar til bruk (dvs. trengte ikke å kjøpe med kaffe). Skulle man komme til å kjede seg, finnes både Jon Fosse og Jo Nesbø i bokhylla - i tillegg til nyttige turbøker, spill og mye mer. Leiligheten er omsorgsfullt innredet, man føler seg godt ivaretatt. Fri bruk av bassenget var topp. Gratis parkering og superfin beliggenhet. Vi kommer tilbake! Et tips til andre gjester er å handle før man kommer til Holmsbu, da det finnes bare en butikk der.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and in such a great location. A beautiful walk along the waterfront to the city in 15 minutes. Great coffee and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The apartment was clean and spacious and the hosts were wonderful and helpful. I would highly recommended this place!

Joachim’s place is amazing! The location is only 10 minutes from downtown but you feel like you’re on an island far away. Close to the beach and the bus and the grocery store. The house has everything you need and well maintained. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect temperature. We would recommend to anyone who wants a city break.

Great Apartment in an awesome and stylish neighborhood right by the water, lots of restaurants and close by Munch, national theatre, the train station and the city. Vi var veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Boligen hadde alt vi trengte og beliggenheten var fantastisk vakker ut mot sjøen. Det var veldig lett å kommunisere med Ruth, som var svært vennlig og hyggelig.

Eskils house is beautiful and such a gem to find. We had a lovely stay as a family of 6 and it was the perfect size and very well equipped for us. The sea views from the windows are spectacular and it was really special to go swimming every morning in the sea from the beach at the bottom of the garden. Fantastic outdoor spaces to sit and eat/hang out too. Eskil himself was very helpful and flexible host and made our stay very easy! 100% recommend this place :)

We had an absolutely fantastic 3-night stay at Mitra’s place, and what’s even more impressive is that we booked it with less than a day’s short notice! Mitra was incredibly accommodating, even offering us an early check-in to match our early flight, which made everything so much easier. From the moment we arrived, Mitra was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The house was perfect — cozy, clean, and fully equipped for a relaxing getaway. We were blessed with beautiful weather, and spent hours soaking up the sun on the dock while admiring the stunning Oslofjord. It was an absolute highlight of our trip. One of the unique touches that made our stay extra special was the instruments and JBL stereo in the living room. We had such a great time playing music by the water, creating memories that we’ll cherish for a long time. Thank you, Mitra, for your amazing hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. We look forward to coming back!

Vi skal klart tilbage. Kan kun anbefale denne hytte. Værterne er så dejlige og hjælpsomme og så snakker Erik dansk. Er der det mindste er de der med det samme. Hvis nogen er bekymret for at toitet og bad er for primitivt, kan vi kun sige det var så rent og pænt, ingen lugtgener og hygiejnen er helt i top. Intet manglede og der var ikke brug for at medbringe sengetøj, håndklæder eller andet. Alt rent og pænt, overgik klart vores forventninger. Som en sidegevinst blev vi inviteret med i stalden for at se deres heste og hvordan de arbejder. Man finder ikke mere gæstfrie værter.

sehr schöne Lage mit Blick auf Fjord. Tolles Haus, super und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Einwandfreie Kommunikation mit Line zu jeder Zeit. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen.

This airbnb is a gem! Your own little island with a little boat, SUP, kayak, diving platform, crystal clear waters, a mini beach, fire pit and only 40 minutes from the center of Oslo! The photos don't do it justice, the place is packed with different ways to enjoy the water and relax on or in Oslofjord. There were four of us including two teens and the space was easily big enough. The building is beautiful and homely in a cute rustic way...it is full of charm and personality. kitchen is small but well equipped and the beds were comfy. Very nearby by car is a good little supermarket and Drobak is round the corner. Checking in was super easy and Stig answered straight away whenever we had any questions...probably the most responsive host we've ever had! If you are looking for a relaxing summer house on the water with an easy drive to Oslo, this place is for you...it was perfect for us!
