Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Camper available is located in private area of property overlooking the lake that has the most beautiful sunrises, Excellent fishing off the dock, and kayaks/paddle boards to cruise around this hidden gem in N central Florida. This lake offers excellent fishing. Patio on the main house and Boat slip included. Lake levels in Florida are very low right now. This makes fishing from the dock, water access and launching kayaks more difficult.

Brand new tiny house tucked into backyard of quiet historic neighborhood shaded by live oaks. Private entrance. Work space. WiFi. Block to Tom Petty Park. Close to Thomas Center and downtown. UF's campus is a short bike ride away. Access to laundry. Great launchpad to town, campus and outdoor activities. Relax here before and after you go explore and do stuff. Sorry, not suitable for pets, though we love pets! The place is simply not big enough to comfortably fit people and animals.

We do not allow parties or events out of respect for our neighbors and we allow a maximum of 6 guests (max 4 adults). Absolutely no animals are allowed on the property at any time for any reason.
