Our central spot is close to important highways that will get you to your destination quickly. The home is fully furnished with parking spots for 3 cars. It’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood. This newly renovated studio is perfect for quick comfortable stay but has all the essentials for a extended visit. You have your own private oasis w/ private patio to relax. Located in east Orlando, this beautiful studio is minutes away from the UCF College and downtown and within 30 minutes from all major theme parks. This studio has a comfortable memory foam mattress and beautiful bathroom w/ rain shower. There is also a 65" smart TV & a kitchen uniquely designed with light cooking needs

Peculiar One bedroom Studio.

"(Non Smoker and No Pets)". This is an amazing and comfortable studio. It is a separate portion of my home with a reserved parking space on our driveway In the kitchen there is a mini-fridge/freezer, microwave and a coffee maker. There is also an under counter washer and dryer. The sitting area includes a small couch with a twin mattress. This place is close to Walmart and Publix (5 minutes away). All attractions including Disney, Sea World and Universal are within 20-30minutes.

Welcome to life on Tropical ! Our tiny home is located right outside of Oviedo. About 20 mins away from UCF and an hour from Cocoa and most major theme Parks. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable. If you proceed to book use at your own risk.

It is located in our one acre property behind our house (very private) the parking is on the side of our house next to our carport and you will go through a gate and follow the path to the airstream. Our Studio is nestled in Chuluota near Oviedo, UCF, Geneva on historically beautiful Lake Catherine. Our lake is land locked and feels very private where you can relax and enjoy the view. Coffee on the lake in the mornings or a glass of wine at sunset is what we live for and you can enjoy that same view from our paradise that we call our Key West Studio.
