One of the best stays in our 5 days of trip to Kerala. Located in a calm neighbourhood. Inside property is well designed. Every window had mosquito nets installed. It was just like a home in a different place. Vivek is so friendly and available all the time just a phone call away. The hospitality was so good that without the presence of the host itself we felt it good. As suggested by the host in the description use dim lights for the best experience of the property in the evening. Will definitely visit if we plan Kochi again.

Arun's flat is a lovely comfortable place to stay. The location is good, close to a supermarket, easy for taxis to find and plenty to see and do. A short Autorickshaw ride to the metro is also handy and makes seeing the rest of the city easy. Aran is a great host, always reponsive and helpful.

Très bon accueil par Sebastian et ses enfants, extrêmement gentils, serviables, et de bons conseils pour aller explorer les Backwaters. Ils nous y ont organisé une journée formidable, sur un petit bateau privatisé. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, nous nous sommes régalés des crêpes à la coco! Par contre, les chambres ne sont pas très grandes, et il ne faut pas s’attendre à être dans un hôtel grand luxe. Nous ne retiendrons que de très bons souvenirs dans cette belle famille! 😊

It was a great place to stay especially getting a place within the city. It’s like 2 min or less to get only the main road. The path leading Upto the property is a bit tight for 2 vehicles, so if you have a vehicle, you may find it challenging squeezing your way through. Once you cross his property gates, it’s all good then. The house is very cozy, calm and full of plants.. a BIG 👍🏽👍🏽. The host Mr Paulson is amiable and helpful. He kept the place ready before we arrived and greeted us as we reached there. The stay for uneventful. We were just there for the night. The house is big, clean and well kept. This includes the bathrooms, kitchen and living spaces. Overall satisfied with the stay and would definitely stay here in the future. Cheers!

The location is unbeatable—right opposite Lulu Mall and just a stone’s throw from Edappally Metro Station. The convenience of having such a major shopping destination literally at our doorstep was fantastic. The proximity to the metro station was another huge plus. It made commuting around Kochi incredibly easy and efficient, allowing us to move around the city without worrying about traffic. The apartment itself was spacious, well-furnished, and provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, this apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. My stay at Mr. Yacub's home was nothing short of homely comfort. The house is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen along with multiple appliances. The bedrooms are quite spacious with three fitted bathrooms respectively, which were maintained neat and clean. The air conditioning worked well, which is a bonus when staying in Kochi. Overall, this is a unique home to stay in while visiting Kochi as the location is ideal and the balcony which wraps around the house provides a relaxing 360 degree view. Another positive aspect of the apartment is the helpful security staff, which ensures a secure stay.
