Ludwig Guesthouse at Lagodekhi protected areas

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.

Our house is near the wood, (but It's 15 minutes from the centre by walk). So, you can feel cool and fresh air. From the balcony, you can enjoy the picturesque view of Caucasian mountain range. Our house is perfect for anyone who wants to discover traditional atmosphere of Georgia, feel relaxed around the forest of pine, and enjoy big garden with nice flower-beds and vineyard. We can offer to taste delicious Georgian wine.

The house can accommodate up to 6 guests. If your reservation is for 5 or 6 guests, we will prepare all 6 beds for you — at no extra charge. If your booking is for fewer guests (1–4 people), we will prepare only part of the sleeping spaces, to keep unused beds and linens clean. If you are, for example, 4 guests but would like to use all the beds and bedrooms, please make your reservation for 6 guests.
