stableBASE is a sunny, architect-designed wing of our home, just a short drive from Albany’s centre, beaches, scenic walks, and National Parks. In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer Townhouse

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

Stingray Beachhouse is a large 5 bedroom house, 50 metres from the clear water at beautiful Emu Point. It is the perfect location for that ultimate beachside getaway. At Stingray you can fully relax. The house has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and two good sized living areas, one of which includes an open plan kitchen/dining area. The house is fully furnished with comfortable stylish furniture. Linen is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and has a Smeg oven.

3 Parade St Albany is located just 20 metres from the Brig Amity and Old Gaol Museum. This house is a dedicated accommodation and includes a cheese plate and wine on arrival and breakfast provisions. Air conditioning in the lounge/dining area. With ample parking on site leave your car and walk everywhere. Only 400m to the main street with numerous cafes, bars and boutique shopping. 3 king beds, 1 single bed, 2 bathrooms including a bath downstairs and double showers to both.

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Serpentine Rose - City center charm

Stunning holiday house with views over town and Princess Royal Harbour. 2 mins walk from the city center and the Albany Visitors Center. Walk to restaurants and tourist attractions. We have 4 bedrooms, 3 x Queen bedrooms, 1 with a private ensuite. We have a bunk for the kids that sleeps 6 with their own adjoining lounge room. Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm with a small and thoughtfully designed home, which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
