Located in the tree area just south of the University of Wyoming, our cute one bedroom basement apartment has been completely remodeled. We are within walking distance to the University of Wyoming, Downtown Laramie, parks, restaurants, museums, Civic Center and the library. Laramie is located near great views, hiking, biking and skiing. The apartment is perfect for couples, parents visiting their UW student, athletic events, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Upstairs is also an Airbnb.

We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Welcome to the Blue Sky Suite, 1 block from the UW campus and 4 blocks to the stadium. The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area.
