There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

My family lived here from 2015-2022 when we decided to move to a bigger place. We rent our place exclusively on Airbnb and our retired parents have the space nextdoor. It has a private entrance and is up 1 flight of stairs. The apartment is quiet and comes wifi and TV. The route 6 bus stop is right across the street. Our comfortable and well appointed apartment has beautiful views of the orchards and farm fields that surround us. Our small horse farm will make you feel calm and serene as you enjoy your stay at the Roddy Ranch. Please be aware, this is an upstairs apartment.
