The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

We're two Portland craftspeople trying to keep the OG Airbnb experience alive by offering thoughtfully designed private guest suites out of our home/studio. We’ve restored this spacious, private loft from top to bottom, combining vintage charm with modern amenities — including a huge bedroom, spotless bath with soaking tub, simple kitchenette, and sitting room with sofabed. Brand New Alberta Arts District Gem

This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

The Sneakaway

Built to feel like a little touch of luxury, with the quaintness and quality of a craft home. This place is a true sneak-away with a two person soaking tub, marble shower, king tempurpedic bed and a fully stocked kitchen. This open studio has 15 ft ceilings allowing ample sunlight and a large, light feeling. This house was designed and built by me my friends so no detail is overlooked or unintentional. This was our labor of love for a year and Im so excited to now be able to share it.

Clean and private 1-bedroom (Q) apartment with well-stocked kitchen and bath, one block to Alberta Arts Main Street. Separate outdoor keyless entry to a daylight-basement in our 100+ year-old craftsman home ensures a contactless stay. Blackout bedroom curtains invite great sleep, and comfortable couch is also long enough to sleep on. All welcome! Cannabis friendly (outdoors only) covered patio. On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.
