The house is set amid woods and farmland, and is a short walk to an inlet shore with an excellent beach for sunbathing, walking and digging clams.

Our 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom cozy & clean bungalow (plus pull out sofa bed) sleeps 6 guests. This cottage is in a quiet subdivision, 2nd row back with Waterview. It has air conditioning, Wifi, BBQ and a bonfire pit to enjoy the beautiful summer evenings with a screened in porch. We are 5 minutes away from Mill River golf course, spa, pool, and tennis courts. We are conveniently within a 2 minute drive to grocery store, gas station, restaurants, mall, walking trails and parks.

The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 6).
